I came to Hands of Care after 1 year of lower back pain from desk work. Ladan took time to assess my posture before treating, and explained what was causing it. After few sessions, I can sit for a longer period of time without pain.
My neck and shoulders were constantly tight and in pain. Ladan's treatment was gentle & thorough, and she gave me tips to use at home. I noticed a difference after the first two sessions.
I was getting headaches regularly. Ladan found tension in my upper back that I didn't know was connected. Since starting osteopathy, my headaches are less frequent and milder. Highly recommended
